1.1 CORRELATION TABLE MK-EU
The introductory part of the Form MK-EU contains the title of the national
legal act for which that form is drawn (e.g. Draft Company Law, Rulebook
on bookkeeping and etc.) followed by EPP number it is recorded in the
National Programme for Adoption of the Acquis Communautaire for the
relevant year. The CELEX No of the EU legal act transposed in the nation-
al legal act is also cited, if more than one, they are enumerated (as 1, 2, 3
and etc.) by quoting their title. The order given under item 3.2 (Statement
on the Approximation of the legal act with the EU legislation with Correla-
tion Table) should be observed when citing the titles of the EU legal acts.
The table includes the following columns:
1. Provision of the national legal act in which transposition is made
Only the numeral of the provision of the national legal act in which
transposition is made is entered in this column where it is speciÞcal-
ly indicated that transposing refers to a particular article or particular
parts of the article (paragraph, point and/or indent).
For instance, Article 1, paragraph 2 point a) or Article 17 paragraph 3
second sentence, and etc.
2. CELEX number of the EU legal act that is transposed
Only the CELEX number of the EU legal act that is transposed is en-
tered in this column.
3. Provision of the EU legal act that is transposed
Only the numeral of the provision of the EU legal act that is transposed
is entered in this column, in which the article or particular parts of the
article (paragraph, point and/ or indent) and annexes that are trans-
posed are speciÞcally cited.
