4.4. Availability of translation of the draft legal act
The proposer should cite the internet address on which the translated
legal act is available, and if publication on its own address is not pos-
sible, to submit the translation to the Secretariat for European Affairs
to be published on its web site.
5. Expertise and opinion
(European Commission, CARDS, IPA, TAIEX, SIGMA, EU Member
State, Council of Europe, national experts and etc.)
5.1. Participation of technical support and consultants in drafting the
legal act
To indicate whether national or international consultants participated
in drafting the legal act and quote the data of the project title and num-
ber, names and proÞle of the consultants.
5.2. Opinion on approximation of the legal act
Quote the name of organisation and experts providing their opinion as
well as brief content thereof. It should be indicated whether the Europe-
an Commission has provided its opinion, and if so, brief content thereof.
Signature of the manager of the competent sector
The manager of the competent sector of the state authority that pro-
poses the legal act cites his/her name, title and position signs the State-
ment by indicating the date and place.
Signature of managing person/ofÞce holder in the state authority draft-
ing the legal act
Only if the author of the legal act is a state authority within the pro-
poser (see item 1.2) he/she should sign and afÞx the Statement on the
Approximation.
Signature of managing person/ofÞce holder in the state authority that
proposed the legal act, date and stamp
The Statement on the Approximation is veriÞed by signatures and
stamps of the state authority (or independent bodies such as regulatory
bodies) – proposer of the draft legal act
