appropriate amendments are proposed for the purpose of technically
precise deÞnition of certain terms, expressions and etc., and for which
Statement on the Approximation was made in which fully approximated
evaluation is indicated as well as correlation tables, another Statement on
the Approximation will be completed in accordance with the directions in
Part IV paragraph 3 of this Handbook, without drawing a correlation table.

5. Comment
If additional information is required in view of transposition, it will be
entered in this column, or wherever necessary, in a separate document,
quoted in the column. It may be information necessary for additional ex-
planation of the transposition method or explanation why a provision was
not implemented. Moreover, information may be used to explain different
time agendas for implementation of the provisions in the legislation.

6. Competent authority / institution
In this column the authority or institution competent for implementa-
tion of the relevant provision is entered.

1.2 CORRELATION TABLE EU-MK

Form EU-MK includes Introductory Part and Table.

The Introductory Part of Form EU-MK Þrst quotes the CELEX num-
ber of the EU legal act, full title (name) of the EU legal act is cited
below, the number of the OfÞcial Journal of the European Union as
well as its title in English.

Considering that it is possible that the EU legal act has been amended,
the amendments are orderly quoted by their CELEX number and title
of the EU legal acts. The second part of the introductory part contains
a table and in its Þrst column orderly (under 1, 2, 3 and etc.) the titles
of the national legal acts are quoted in which the EU legal act is trans-
posed as well as their abbreviations (e.g. Draft European Company Law
– DECL). In the second column the EPP number of the National Pro-
gramme for Adoption of the Acquis Communautaire is quoted. In the
third column it is indicated whether the national act is a draft or adopted.
If it is already adopted, in the fourth column the number of the OfÞcial
Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia and the year of its publication (e.g.
