8. MAKING REFERENCE TO EU LEGAL ACT IN A NATIONAL
LEGAL ACT

To ensure higher level of monitoring in the approximation of bylaws
of the Republic of Macedonia with the EU legislation as well as in ac-
cordance with the requirements of the European Commission in this
direction, based on the experiences of the Republic of Croatia and the
Republic of Slovenia, and under the speciÞcs of our legislation, the Gov-
ernment of the Republic of Macedonia adopted Decision on establishing
a mark of the EU legal acts in the bylaws for approximation with the EU
law (“OfÞcial Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia” No. 38/10).

DECISION ON ESTABLISHING A MARK OF THE EU LEGAL ACTS
IN THE BYLAWS FOR APPROXIMATION WITH THE EU LAW

Article 1
