read, for example, *2 Article 14 of the Rulebook on the manner and
conditions for waste disposal is approximated with Article 10 of the
Council Directive on waste (full title) adopted on (date), CELEX No.”

In the case where the text of EU legal act subject to transposition in a
national bylaw makes a number of references to another EU legal act
the marking will be as follows:

             1. Where in a national bylaw EU measure that makes reference to an-
other EU measure is transposed, and the latter has been already trans-
posed in another bylaw, the marking makes reference to the latter. Pro-
vided that this reference to the EU measure is general, where only the
title of the other national legal act in which the EU measure has been
transposed is indicated, and that reference is repeated a number of
times in various articles of the legal act subject to marking, the articles
will be indicated with the same mark used in the Þrst indication of the
article in which the initial reference is made to the EU measure, which
has been transposed in the other bylaw. In that case, the footnote will
have the same numerical mark as the initial reference to the provision.

             2. In the case where reference is made to different provisions of a same
EU legal act, marking in the text of the national bylaw will be made
in numerical order. For correct marking on article level, correlation ta-
bles MK-EU and EU-MK, accompanying the bylaw in its preparation,
             are to be consistently followed.
The marking rule related to directives, regulations and decisions applies
also to lists, only if authorisations for ministers to publish a List in cer-
tain area exist in laws, for instance, of substances, plant varieties, fer-
tilisers, and etc., in which in addition to their names, the manner of their
treatment is stipulated in the columns, i.e. their application, so that the
List by its content is, in fact, a legal act and as such is subject to marking
both on title level and on the level of material part. Such is the sample
of the List of Fertilisers and Substances for improving soil properties.
