OPINION OF THE SECRETARIAT FOR LEGISLATION ON THE
STATEMENT ON THE APPROXIMATION WITH CORRELATION
TABLE OF THE LEGAL ACT

The Secretariat for Legislation reviewed the Statement on the Approxi-
mation with the Correlation Table and provided the following opinion:

With regard to points 2. and 3. of the Statement, including the Correlation
Table, the Secretariat for Legislation:
a) fully approved
b) partially approved and gives the
following comments:
c) is of opinion that it inadequately
reßects the extent of approximation of
the legal act with the EU legislation

Based on the Statement on the Approximation of the national legal act with
the EU legislation and Correlation Table submitted, the Secretariat for Leg-
islation prepares opinion thereto, which conÞrms the extent of approxima-
tion of the national legal act with the EU legal acts referred thereto.

In the case where the national legal act is approximated only with the
Stabilisation and Association Agreement, in the box “With regard to
points 2 and 3 of the Statement, including the Correlation Table, the Sec-
retariat for Legislation a) fully approved” it is stated “It fully approves
the Statement of the Approximation only regarding point 2 thereof.”
Provided that, in addition to the provisions of the Stabilisation and As-
sociation Agreement, the national legal act is in conformity with a EU
legal act falling under secondary law sources, box 3.1., and if partially
